About AskEmma

An honest way to search for a home — every local listing, real sold prices, and a straight read on the asking price.

What AskEmma is

AskEmma is a home-search service for Ontario. You search in plain language and get real listings back — no logins to look, no pressure. Where you’re eligible, you can see what nearby homes actually sold for, not just what they’re asking.

On for-sale homes, AskEmma adds a quiet verdict: whether the asking price reads below, above, or in line with recent comparable sales. It’s an opinion of relative price — a starting point for a real conversation — never an appraisal or a promise of value.

Meet Emma

Emma is the assistant who runs your search. Ask her the way you’d ask a knowledgeable friend — by budget, area, beds, commute — and she finds the homes. Emma sticks to facts and search; she never gives financial, legal, or investment advice. When a question calls for real judgement, she hands you to a licensed human.

Who’s behind it

AskEmma is associated with Alex Goodman, a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Your Community Realty, Brokerage in the Greater Toronto Area. The idea is simple: give people the same honest data an agent works from, let a calm assistant do the searching, and bring a licensed professional in exactly when advice is actually needed.

The mission

Most home search is built to capture you. AskEmma is built to inform you — show the numbers, ground every claim in comparable sales, and keep the advice where it belongs: with a person who’s accountable for it. That’s what “real estate, calculated” means.
